The end of February is the danger zone for our New Year’s resolutions and goals. Statistically, most people give up at this point. Gyms bank on this phenomenon because they can’t physically accommodate all the people who join in January. If you are about to give up on your goals, take a few minutes to reset and rethink your strategy. It may simply be that you lack accountability or an effective strategy for success.

5 ways you can be more accountable to your goals this year:

If so, get rid of it and pick something that is naturally motivating.
