34: Creating Inspiration

Thomas Leonard, the founder of coaching, said it is easier to create a vacuum that pulls you forward than to push and strive to reach your goals. It is easy to jump out of bed when we are inspired to do something, not so easy if we feel we have to. Inspiration can be a momentary, fleeting feeling that can transform our life entirely. It is worth spending some time thinking about what inspires you. What are you naturally drawn to?
